Fabrice VIGIER

For more than 30 years, Fabrice Vigier has been supporting industrial companies across Europe and North America in strengthening their competitiveness and accelerating their transformation.

Fabrice began his career as an aeronautical engineer at Safran, where he worked in the engineering design office. He then joined a subsidiary of Aérospatiale (now Airbus) as Program Manager on the M51 missile program, part of France’s nuclear deterrence initiative.

After four years in the aerospace sector, Fabrice transitioned into management consulting, joining a French firm specialized in design-to-cost. Over the following 11 years, he advised major industrial players in France and Germany on product cost optimization, value engineering, and development strategies.

In 2009, Fabrice co-founded Avencore with the ambition to build a consulting firm capable of addressing today’s industrial challenges while anticipating tomorrow’s. He believes that a truly impactful consulting firm must combine strategic understanding of executive concerns with strong proximity to operational teams — aligning technical, economic, organizational, and human dimensions to drive lasting transformation.

Under Fabrice’s leadership, Avencore’s offerings have expanded to cover three strategic pillars: performance improvement, growth strategy acceleration, and transformation. Since the post-COVID period, the firm has experienced sustained double-digit growth and now counts over 130 consultants across France, Germany, and North America. An additional office in Asia supports Western clients with major supply chain operations in the region. From these international hubs, co-led by Fabrice Vigier and Luc Godtler, Avencore teams operate globally to help industrial leaders deliver on their ambitions.

His areas of expertise include industrial strategy, cost reduction programs, OPEX and CAPEX optimization, industrial due diligence, and post-merger integration.
