He partners with leadership teams to design agile operating models, optimize portfolios, and strengthen supply chains. His experience includes CAPEX/OPEX optimization, industrialization, ramp-up readiness, and large-scale transformation programs focused on organizational simplification, cultural engagement, and digitalization.

With more than 30 international projects delivered, Daniel combines analytical rigor with pragmatic execution. He guides executives through strategic challenges and transformation journeys, balancing growth ambitions with efficiency targets to ensure results that last.

Before joining Avencore, he advised clients on factory and logistics planning and led major investment programs, including a €300 million greenfield project in the consumer goods sector. This hands-on experience managing complex industrial programs now underpins his work at Avencore, where he helps clients strengthen their competitiveness, optimize capital deployment, and drive large-scale transformation.

Beyond his client work, Daniel contributes to the ongoing evolution of Avencore’s service portfolio. Fluent in German and English, with basic working knowledge of French and Spanish, he brings an international perspective and collaborative mindset to every engagement.
