Avencore appoints Vincent Desportes as new Partner, expert in Data Science and Defense industry
Avencore announces the appointment of Vincent Desportes as Partner.
Vincent Desportes joined Avencore in 2017, following an early career as a process engineer in the oil and gas sector. Since then, he has played a key role in the firm’s development, leading more than 100 industrial transformation projects in complex environments across the defense, aerospace, energy, nuclear, automotive, and industrial equipment sectors. He is widely recognized for his expertise in industrial performance, factory reconfiguration, workshop redesign, and the delivery of large-scale industrial programs.
In 2022, Vincent played a pivotal role in the creation of Avencore’s Data & Industrial AI team, which he now leads. This expertise leverages data science and artificial intelligence to address complex industrial challenges, from engineering to supply chain. Avencore’s teams design and deliver tailored solutions within a matter of weeks, targeting clearly defined operational issues and delivering tangible business impact.
