Maxime is an expert in the competitiveness of industrial systems and organizations, particularly in the aerospace, defense, space, naval, and energy sectors. With over 15 years of consulting experience, he has supported leading industrial players on more than 100 large-scale transformation projects, covering all key dimensions of industrial performance: competitiveness, ramp-up readiness, organizational efficiency, and process optimization.

Maxime has built strong expertise in steering critical programs under intense schedule pressure. He has successfully turned around complex situations by leveraging a deep understanding of schedule control levers, structuring robust governance frameworks, and maintaining strong team engagement throughout. He notably contributed to the acceleration of a rocket engine development program by defining objectives, milestones, and mitigation plans to secure delivery timelines, and played a central role in restructuring a major naval defense program involving over 300 team members, aligning priorities and processes to restore schedule performance.

In addition to program management, Maxime has led more than 40 Design-to-Cost and Redesign-to-Cost initiatives in collaboration with engineering companies and multi-tier suppliers, consistently achieving significant cost reductions and competitiveness gains. His track record includes over 10 hydrogen-related projects, addressing both products and capital expenditures (CAPEX), where he helped clients optimize design choices and investment strategies. He has also delivered more than 15 large CAPEX planning and cost-competitiveness projects across industries.

With extensive experience in transformation of engineering and production organizations, Maxime is recognized for his ability to structure complex industrial programs, secure critical milestones, and drive cross-functional alignment. At Avencore, he plays a key role in supporting strategic accounts, bringing a unique combination of technical expertise, program leadership, and change management skills to help clients strengthen their industrial competitiveness.
