Before joining Avencore, Frédéric spent 15+ years in a leading consulting firm dedicated to People, Leadership, organizational transformation and change management. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with executive teams to design and execute robust transformation roadmaps, creating the conditions for engagement and long-term adoption. He now leads Avencore’s Transformation practice, where he combines a pragmatic field approach with a strong understanding of organizational, cultural, managerial, and HR levers to secure lasting impact.
Frédéric has built extensive experience in highly regulated and complex environments, particularly in the pharmaceutical and consumer sector, but also across other industries undergoing large-scale transformations. He has led numerous programs in contexts of new CEO, ERP rollouts, post-merger integrations, and organizational restructurings, consistently helping management teams align on a shared vision and adopt new ways of working.
Among his key achievements, Frédéric has successfully supported the recovery of several major industrial programs facing cost overruns and delays. By deploying multi-project monitoring frameworks, rapid risk escalation mechanisms, and centralized PMOs, he enabled a 30% reduction in schedule deviations within six months and stabilized budgets across 90% of projects.
