His project experience spans the improvement of time-to-market and industrialization processes, the optimization of OPEX and CAPEX, and initiatives to strengthen supply chains, purchasing performance, and product competitiveness. He has also led decarbonization and ramp-up programs, as well as organizational simplification and workforce planning efforts, ensuring that structural change results in sustainable performance.
