What do you like most about your job as a consultant and work at Avencore?
What I enjoy most is the opportunity to work with people from different industries, countries, and cultures. Every project brings a new challenge and a unique perspective. Whether I am working with a leadership team in North America or collaborating with colleagues and clients in Europe, I find it rewarding to help global organizations navigate complex, real-world situations and achieve lasting results. Avencore’s international environment makes every engagement professionally stimulating and personally enriching.
Why have you decided to become an Avencore consultant?
I was attracted to Avencore because of its international footprint and unique ability to combine strategy with concrete execution. Having worked across the globe, I wanted to join a firm where I could leverage my international experience while helping clients solve complex business challenges. Avencore’s entrepreneurial culture, global span, and focus on delivering measurable results made it a natural fit for me.
What is the impact of Avencore’s work on clients from your perspective?
Our impact comes from helping clients translate ambitious goals into practical and sustainable results. Having worked with organizations across North America and Europe, I have seen firsthand how Avencore helps companies improve performance and accelerate growth. We bring both global perspectives and local understanding, allowing us to tailor solutions to each client’s specific context.
How do you contribute to the growth and success of Avencore as a consultant?
I contribute by helping clients achieve meaningful results while also supporting the firm’s international development. My experience across multiple regions allows me to connect opportunities between markets, share best practices across offices, and bring a global perspective to client engagements. I also invest significant time mentoring younger consultants and helping them develop the skills needed to succeed in an international consulting environment.
In what ways has your consulting experience changed your perspective on business strategy?
Working internationally has taught me that there is no universal formula for business success. While strategic principles may be similar, successful implementation depends on understanding local market conditions, organizational culture, and stakeholder expectations. For me, this experience has reinforced the importance of balancing global ambition with local execution.
What do you think makes a good consultant?
A good consultant combines rigorous analytical thinking with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. In today’s global business environment, it is not enough to identify the right solution—you must also be able to engage stakeholders from different backgrounds, build trust, and drive implementation. Curiosity, adaptability, empathy, and a genuine commitment to client success are qualities that consistently distinguish the most effective consultants.
