Why did you choose to join Avencore?

I joined Avencore because I wanted to work on practical issues, and I sensed a very good atmosphere during the recruitment process.

What do you enjoy most about being a consultant?

Working as a consultant at Avencore constantly challenges me to improve and give my best effort! There are many things that keep me motivated, like switching tasks often, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and participating in internal growth projects. I have also become fond of supporting business development by supporting proposals. Inspiring management is another great daily source of motivation!

What is it like working with your colleagues?

My coworkers have become friends. We share our experiences at the customer’s premises, which enables us to exchange best practices at all levels of the team. We gather frequently to celebrate special occasions or participate in sports for the more adventurous ones!

Any suggestions for newcomers at Avencore?

My advice is to let yourself be guided during your first weeks of training to understand the consulting world’s principles, and quickly bring value to projects.

As a consultant who joins Avencore, do not hesitate to share your thoughts on solving customer issues. You will be listened to, and any mistakes you make will help you progress.
