The approach
Develop a methodology to align workload with workforce and capability across various functions: HR, Purchasing, Operations & Programs, Communication.
A four-step approach combining internal and external data:
- Conduct a volume analysis to assess available workforce capability based on the industrial policy.
- Perform a skills analysis to evaluate the adequacy of expertise and competencies.
- Identify internal and external challenges related to workload and skills.
- Research, validate, and implement solutions.

- 17 prioritized solutions deployed (internal schools, subcontracting rate, …)
- Clear communication of challenges to key stakeholders, engaging over 400 stakeholders across 7 sites
