Our sustainability commitment

  • Carbon Footprint

In 2023, we conducted a carbon footprint analysis to identify and manage areas of action (travel, buildings, responsible purchasing, waste management, etc.) to reduce the environmental impact of our activities. We have developed a concrete action plan aiming to reduce carbon emissions by 50%, excluding the annual growth target, within five years.
A key action we take is raising awareness among our employees. Thus, by joining Avencore, everyone signs a Sustainable Travel Policy.

  • Supporting Our Clients in Industry Decarbonization

Among our teams, 25% of consultants are trained in the “Bilan Carbone®” methodology [a French methodology for measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions], and 75% are trained in the “Climate and Environmental Competitiveness” methodology.
We are members of the French Association for Low Carbon Transition (ABC). We have already conducted carbon footprint reduction missions in several sectors: Consumer Goods, Automotive, Microelectronics, Wood and Paper Industry, Defense, etc.

Depending on local legislation and contexts, we implement specific measures such as maintaining salaries during paternity and maternity leave regardless of seniority, coaching upon returning to work after the arrival of a child, no travel requirements, etc.
